Welcome to the Beginning of Many Wonderful Things!

Being a foodie in Chicago isn't hard, that much is certain. Documenting all of your cultural/dining excursions in an aesthetically pleasing blog is a bit on the trickier side. I started out with reviews on Yelp.com when not one, two, but eleven people following my reviews suggested I begin a blog about my culinary adventures. This is very much a work in progress and I still need to design my own look for the site and learn a heck of a lot about HTML and all of that wonderful computer stuff that has eluded me all of these years. This is only the beginning, I promise to always provide honest reviews and accept criticism or a challenge so feel free to always be honest and frank. I look forward to many wonderful conversations about the best dishes in Chicago!
